Athlete Interview
When did you start riding When I was about 3 I had a pretty awesome Batman bike I would ride on my street with all the other neighborhood kids.
Do you come from a Moto or BMX background? Moto, got my first dirt-bike when I was 4. It was a little KTM 50 I was so small my Dad took the shock out at put a rod in so I could touch the ground and we would ride when he would get home from work in the back yard.
Wheres your favorite place to ride? This little secret spot in the woods by my house of just ruts. But this old lady comes in once a week or so and fills them in little does she know when she does that she digs up the dirt around them so the next time we ride after about 3 runs they are even bigger.
Wheres your favorite place to race? As much as I hate to say it Fontana, CA just because all my friends go there and its the only place where I get to sleep in my own bed on a race weekend.
If you weren't riding, what would an ideal day be? Driving RC cars and riding 110's.
Who/What has had the biggest influence on your life? I'd probably have to say my Dad. By day he was a pencil pushing engineer but on the weekends we would do everything from servicing rally cars to riding moto in Gorman, CA in the snow. As he would say " I taught him everything he knows" as I would go flying by him at races to all the other parents. Even though he is no longer with us he still teaches me something new everyday.
Who do you most admire in your sport? Why? Of all the questions this was the hardest and its a toss up between kids getting into riding at a young age and the adults that are picking it up after 5 or 10 years. No matter the age their grins when then get to the bottom are all the same.
What next for you? Stepping up the amount of nationals I do this year and hopefully getting into a world cup or two this year.

What is your favorite tee from Division 26? Kaleidoscope have had mine for at least a year still as fresh as it was when I got it
